RETURNS:
Our product is treated in the marketplace similar to a food item. We are unable to accept returns of items which are opened or have been used. If, however, you have any issues whatsoever with the products please reach out to customer service and we will do our best to make it right for you. Any unopened products which you wish to return can be sent to Bear Blend Returns, 4901 Morena Blvd, Suite 1104, San Diego, CA 92117. Please include your order number and/or packing slip and any other information to identify you. Once we received the package undamaged and unopened then we will issue a full refund. For international orders that have been lost in transit, we have to wait at least 40 days to file a claim with our shipping insurance carriers. Once the claim has been filed we can issue a refund or reship the order. For Domestic packages that are lost, the time frame for claims is at least two weeks. After we file a claim for the lost of damaged package, we will either refund or reship the order to you. Refunds on shipping costs due to delayed shipments must be provided by the shipping carriers. Our support team will do what we can to get your money back from the carriers, but we cannot guarantee shipping times that are not guaranteed by the carriers. At the time, the only shipping time guarantees are provided by UPS Overnight Express and USPS Priority Express.
PURCHASING:
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any purchase for any reason. Any purchase that is not fulfilled will be refunded.
